1. What information do I use to log into the system?Your username is the author email address registered in the system. You can log in using this email.

2. Can I change my password inside the system?No. Password changes cannot be made within the system.

3. What should I do if I forget or lose my password, or cannot log in?If you forget your password, you must email info@cosmopublishing.com to request a new one.

4. What information can I see on the Dashboard?The Dashboard shows your total number of books, your total sales earnings, and a summary of your current month’s sales.

5. How do I access the Sales Reports section?You can reach all monthly and historical sales data by clicking the “Sales Reports” tab in the left menu.

6. How do I use the date filter?From the dropdown menu in the top right corner, select “Last Month,” “Last 3 Months,” “Last Year,” or “All Sales” to adjust the reporting period.

7. What does “Total Earnings” show?It displays the total revenue generated from all platforms for the selected period.

8. What does “Total Units Sold” mean?It shows the total number of books sold during the selected period.

9. Why do I see numbers like 1/3 in the “Active Platforms” section?This indicates how many platforms your books have sales on. For example, 1/3 means that only one out of three platforms registered sales.

10. What information is shown under Amazon Sales?You will see each book’s sales quantity and the earnings generated from those sales.

11. Why do Google Books and Kobo show “No sales data available”?If no sales occurred on these platforms during the selected period, the system automatically displays this message.

12. Is it normal for some months to appear empty in the reports?Yes. If there are no sales for that period, the table will be empty and an informational message will appear.

13. What do “Quantity Sold” and “Earnings” mean?“Quantity Sold” indicates the number of books sold, and “Earnings” shows the royalty income generated from that book.

14. Why does the date display show something like “October 2025”?This reflects the reporting period based on your selected date filter.

15. How can I view multiple books if I have more than one published?Each platform section lists your books separately, and summary information is shown at the top of the page.

16. When are the sales data updated?Data is updated each month when new platform sales reports are uploaded.

17. How do I log out of my account?Click the “Logout” option located in the top right profile area.

18. Where can I view my book catalog information?You can see the total number of books in the “My Books” section on the Dashboard and view details under Sales Reports.
