Your initial list is considered to be the base email list. It keeps getting modified (appended) with your new lists, as follows:

1. The primary field for your email lists is the email address – not the first name, last names, or any other fields that you include to your list.
2. The new email addresses will be added to the old list with the first name and the last name from the new list. If your contact gives you the same first and last name but different email address, he/she will be receiving two emails from you.
3. If your new email list contains the same email addresses, who are unsubscribed from your old list, these contacts will remain as unsubscribed.
4. If your email list contains the same “active” email addresses but different names and/or last names, the new names and last names will replace the old ones.
5. We do not delete any entries from the email lists (automatically or manually).
6. We do not modify any entries in the email lists (automatically or manually).
